“Imagination has a great deal to do with winning.”
–Mike Krzyzewski

Time and time again, Aaron has been singled out amongst his peers for his dedicated leadership and commitment to the corporate turnaround and business communities.

Less than 12 months after graduating magna cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law at the top of his class, Aaron was appointed to the faculty as an adjunct professor of law where he revolutionized the insolvency curriculum by developing three new insolvency classes over almost ten years.  Urban legend holds that Aaron was the youngest professor ever appointed to the school's faculty in its then 100+ year history at age 25.  During this time, Aaron's colleagues labeled him the "bankruptcy jock", a term he accepted and espoused, and the distinction remains a significant part of his professional identity today.

Since then, Aaron has received nearly continuous recognition for his achievements in law for his clients and the larger corporate turnaround community.  As an advocate, Aaron has been recognized for his creative solutions in the most challenging insolvency matters by leading publications such as Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, Turnarounds & Workouts, The Wall Street Journal and The Financial Times.  While only results matter to Aaron, he appreciates the support from the broader community through this recognition.
