Thrush Aircraft ( “Thrush”) is a leading designer and manufacturer and of single-engine light aircraft, primarily used in agriculture operations. Thrush manufactures and markets its range of high-quality aircraft from its production facility located in Albany, Georgia – where, prior to the bankruptcy, it employed over 280 people. As of the petition date, Thrush asserted its assets were in excess of $10 million and liabilities in excess of $30 million. The Committee will work closely with its professionals to drive a process that creates the most value for Thrush’s creditors.
