The panel, entitled “TMA’s Role in the Restructuring World,” discussed the ups and downs of the oftentimes tumultuous restructuring industry. Aaron, leader of Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer’s national Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Creditors’ Rights practice group, joined by moderator and current TMA president Mike Egan of Monroe Capital and fellow panelists Scott Eisenberg of Amherst Partners, Mike Wolf of MB Financial Bank, N.A. and Tom Pabst of HYPERAMS, all Past Presidents of TMA chapters in the Midwest region.
