CHICAGO, Illinois (February 7, 2013) the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) of Lyon Workspace Products, LLC, et al. (the “Debtors”) selected Aaron L. Hammer, Esq. of Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP as its legal counsel.  Lyon Workspace Products, LLC and its seven affiliated debtors are the largest and leading manufacturer and supplier of top quality lockers, industrial storage and workspace products.  The Debtors manufacture and market a range of high quality fabricated steel storage and workspace products nationwide—with a broad scope of clientele including Fortune 1000 companies, U.S. government agencies, schools and medical institutions.  As of the petition date, the Debtors employed approximately 400 full-time employees and had net annual revenues in excess of $76 million.

Aaron L. Hammer leads SFGH’s national bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice, which includes Etahn M. Cohen, Leland H. Chait, Christopher J. Horvay, Mark S. Melickian, Michael A. Brandess, Jack R. O’Connor and David M. Madden. In addition to Lyon Workspace Products, LLC, et al., Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Hammer LLP is currently engaged as committee counsel in two additional matters: In re Trainor Glass Co. (Bankr. N.D. Ill.), the nation’s third largest commercial glazier, with annual revenues in excess of $100 million at its peak, and In re Natural Pork Production II, LLP, et al. (Bankr. S.D. Iowa), one of the country’s largest hog producers with assets located both domestically and internationally.
